Lavish Boutique Policies


* We require 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel appointments.

* No shows or failure to inform Lavish Boutique 24-hour prior will result in a cancellation fee for 50% of the service appointment value.

* Although we sympathize with unforeseen circumstances such as illness, family emergencies, traffic, flight delays, etc., we cannot be        responsible for ANY last-minute cancellations, reschedule or no shows.

* Exceptions to this policy are not permitted



* We can accommodate if you arrive late but your appointment will end at your scheduled time and you will be expected to pay the full-service fee.


* Lavish Boutique requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card.

Eye Lash Extension Refills

* We will not perform refill services on work that was not done with Lavish Boutique (NO EXCEPTIONS). 

* If you currently have lash extensions on, you must have them removed prior to your first new set with us. 

 This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salon lash artist.

Eye Lash Extension Refills For Return Clients

* If you wait more than 3.5 weeks to get a fill, you are required to book as a Returning Client Full Set.

* We accept Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Debit or Credit Cards.

* Gratuities are appreciated.
